Innovative Corporate Plan Podcast from Wyre Borough Council
We’ve just produced a new podcast for one of our clients, Wyre Borough Council specifically to promote their new three year Corporate Plan, to the citizens of the Borough of Wyre. The 9:00 minute podcast features senior members of the council’s management team explaining in straightforward terms what the corporate plan is, how it will be achieved and most importantly, the benefits it will deliver to citizens.
The podcast also acts as an innovative employee engagement tool profiling a number of the council’s staff, or as they refer to them ‘Local Heroes’, who explain how their day-to-day achievements help make the corporate plan a reality.
