New Video Podcast on Culture Change for Local Government Employers
Our latest project for LGE went live this week - a video podcast focusing on Culture Change in Local Government.
In order to reflect the progressive role of local government in the 21st century, the culture within councils is set to change and to ensure success, elected members need to lead this culture change within their organisations. This podcast outlines the work of the LGA HR Panel and explains how elected members can drive ‘Change’ forward.
