Work Can Be REALLY Inspiring Sometimes!

This week I recorded an EventCAST for a client that was good for the soul. It was an award ceremony to celebrate achievements in promoting Equality and Diversity for all and it really opened my eyes to some of the great work that is being done by inspirational people all around the country, to improve the lives of minority groups.

There were 14 winning projects, many had been delivered on shoestring budgets and all had such a positive impact for disadvantaged people. It was good to see the work of local Councils and their partners being recognised in this way and I felt privileged to talk to the people who made this happen.

Although unlikely to be available to domestic users, telecoms providers are already introducing it’s pioneering technologies for the domestic market. There will be huge changes in the way businesses communicate in the future, holographic video conferencing may be just around the corner and social networking could be the main way we converse.
